「Why not stay the night in a cute little cabin with a wide porch in the woods instead of a standard hotel? The staff is super nice and helpful, and our room is clean and comfortable. We had a picnic on the porch after our tour of Mount Rushmore which is only 4 miles away. Highly recommended!」

「Host was easy to work with and very welcoming. When we had car trouble on a holiday weekend, they were very understanding and we didn't have any problems extending our stay an extra night. Definitely on our list of return stays! 」

「The stay was good. Lots of places to eat at around there, but non deliver unless you use doordash. The beds were hard and that was our only complaint for our 4 day stay.」

「Chace and Leslie are great hosts. The cabin was cozy and well equipped and supplied for my family of 5 (3 kids 7/7/4). The place has its own playground and view of nature/wild life. Plus this is a 15 mins drive to/from Mt Rushmore, and super close to Custer and Hill City.」

「Overall, fine for a single night stay. We stayed in room 105 and the bed was squeaky and could stand to be replaced. The refrigerator made a loud sound that I needed to mess with it to get it to quit. Several lights but all were a very low wattage and difficult to see. I checked out the breakfast area and it looked like it might be good but size wise the area was very small. It had a pancake maker, eggs, nice mugs for coffee, etc but we wanted to get gone so we opted to not eat there. 」

「I booked two rooms which was perfect for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The room could have been cleaned better, there was urine on the toilet and not vacuumed the best. 」
