「It’s always a treat to come enjoy some time at the hotel. I have experienced twice now that the kitchen is strict about a 9pm close time. When we tried ordering dessert after our meal, around 8:55, the server said the kitchen is closed and wondered which dessert the kitchen would be willing to make. I appreciate boundaries but it always seems like the servers are nervous and if a diner is already eating, the kitchen could serve the last part of the meal without making it uncomfortable....
