I loved everything. Only thing i didnt was the swimming pool (it wasn't clean). Otherwise awesome service, lovely unit, everything new and neat.

The AtriumReview

Check in was delayed - we were only given the apartment after 5:30. Cleaning starts very late in the afternoon - except on the day of departure- they are there really early. Some cupboard doors were broken and dishes were short, chipped glasses not replaced. Lift took a few days to be repaired. Beds and pillow are comfy. Apartment is spacious. The smaller bedroom needs a mirror. A shower attachment will be a good idea in the bathroom where there is a tub only.

Security and Check was good although we arrived late in the evening, Guard was really helpful and showed us our way around. Apartment was good and clean, good value overall.

Overall, a very good stay. Clean, comfortable & friendly, helpful staff. Cleaning staff were awesome. Good location. I did get charged again on check-in after paying in advance, but they rectified it with no hassle I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in & around Rivonia

Lovely Experience In JNB

We never made it over to the Atrium. They ended up checking us in at The Cube. Both properties are owned by the C.A.G. I really liked our apartment and it was in a good location. The kitchen and sitting area also. I had EXCELLENT customer service from Nomsa, Pam, and Leonor. There was a duplicate charge to my card , but Nomsa assured me it would be taken care of, and it was. Great job ladies and your professionalism and making us feel welcomed alone would make me stay here again. I would definitely recommend this property. I hope to return soon.
