「No towels to be found. No emergency lighting of any nature in any part of the building or units, not even the odd self charging bulbs in stairwells and passages; really not good enough. Otherwise, nice and clean, and the gate guard who did the check-in was helpful and friendly.」

「Loved the location and that it is within walking distance to Mandela Sq. The living space is very big, with a downstairs kitchenette and lounge and upstairs sleeping area - it had a studio feel to it, with lots of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. The sheets were beautiful and I slept very well. I note that since it does not have a work area, the Leonardo is not marketed as a business hotel, but more for luxury leisure stays, is this the case? 「Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon 」

「The apartment was clean and suitable for our one night family stay. The team at reception were helpful and easy to contact. Our room was facing the road and restaurants which made it VERY noisy until 12:00.」

「Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. 」

「Great accommodations. Location close to restaurants, activities and train station. Friendly staff. Only negative is there isn't any air condition. Beds are more on the firm side. 」
