A very clean, well-served apartment, but unfortunately not practical at all. There is a bedroom on the gallery floor, but the toilet is only on the ground floor. If you need to go to the toilet at night, you have to go down very slippery stairs in the dark, being very careful not to fall and die. I was hoping there would be a washing machine, but there is none in the apartment. The area is very quiet, as it is typical for a South African standard. Other than that, it is a very clean, well-maintained, decent place. But I don't think I will go again.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and completely comfortable. The staff were kind and the amenities were great. I did not experience any issues with load shedding or having any difficulty accessing wifi. I would recommend the hotel apartments for short or long term stays. The apartments are near the US embassy as well

When you don't want a service, housekeepers have to ask the guest if they need something today? I think the security was good. No lift is a disadvantage in the property, to carry the luggage it is difficult with the stairs.

6/10 一般般

Somewhat dated but passable

The apartment is not as large as it appears in the photographs. However, the size is comfortable. I would not book a loft apartment as the bathroom is on the groundfloor and the room upstairs. This is not at all practical. The lift was not working during our stay so there was that to contend with. The establishment is within walking distance from the very pleasant Loftus shopping complex - lots of restaurants and a very pleasant setting.

Located close to shopping mall with good restaurants, supermarket/shops and the Loftus stadium. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor but the lift was not working. Needed help with suitcases and staff were very obliging. However, maybe a problem for guests with mobility issues. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all essentials provided

Contemporary comfort

Located in a safe and secure suburb near most amenities, the apartments are luxurious, clean, airy, modern and contemporary. Appliances are modern and the wifi is good. The place is equally suitable for a couple or individual on a business trip.
