"dont have breakfast,,, room was loud,, upstairs banging.. fridge never stoped running.. and only one bath towel. at a time, does not matter how many guest are staying in room.. and have to wait for them to was it ....omg not kidding never had a worst stay anywhere"

"I love the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. The sheets in the room were clean and towels were clean. I love that breakfast is provided daily. However, there should be a small class on how to make oatmeal. Some days its perfect then some make it watery."

"Breakfast not good same thing every day some fruited breads bagel and eggs not really any impressive. They should have hot cereal on weekend or some sausage different.. coffee tasteless.. "

"It was surprisingly spacious, chic, comfortable, and clean. Would absolutely stay there again. Plus, they welcomed my dog and the pet fee was only $10.00. No breakfast that I was aware of, because there was a full kitchen, with an air fryer and everything, so I believe they expected you to make your own : ). I also appreciated the terrific water pressure and sleek bathroom."

"Upon arrival, the person checking in before me was greeted with a bottle of water. As I checked in, I wasn't offered one so I asked and the response was - that's for our members... Ideally the gesture could have been, here's a 50 cent bottle of water and instructions on how to join the member program - nothing. I opted for the breakfast and was disappointed that it was the same items everyday- no change for the 5 days. Food was luke warm at best. The bottle of ketchup was a refillable and gross. Even the syrup bottle didnt look like it had been cleaned out in a long time. On my first night, i ate in their restaurant. Got a burger and fries. Burger was ok, big but the fries were very potatoeee, meaning barely cooked through and not very hot. Hotel is outdated and the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. With all of this said, you get what you pay for."

"I've always liked staying at Homewood Suites but this one needs some help. The room was bare of basic necessities. Everything was the bare minimum. Had to wait for someone at the front desk 10-15minutes every time you went down it was always empty. Seemed like it was recently renovated but lacked being cleaned well or investing in what really matters."
