不滿意安排不到想要的床型，半年前的訂單check in時說沒有那個床型及淋浴間去水很差，不能接受。還有別墅的房間也很一般。這個價錢，這樣的房間。。

影觀一流，洒店餐廳、游池選擇也多，但酒店離大部分峇里景點比較遠，交通時間長，峇里塞車情況也非常嚴重，來回活動及酒店地點往往佔大部分時間。

很美的度假村、服務人員友善
服務人員很友善、飯店本身很美，rock bar、泳池、海邊的景色很棒，來這就是待在飯店不要出去了根本逛不完，這次被升等房型感到非常驚喜。早餐的相較飯店其他部分稍微普通了一點但也不至於吃了生氣，Rock bar的飲料好喝！

Good stay for 3 days
the hotel is beautiful, all staff r very nice, friendly and cheerful. however, the room was a bit smaller than I expected with what I had paid, also the room light is not enough that it is a bit dark at night. overall, it is a pleasent stay.

喜歡：客房舒適度
店大欺客：希望落實服務質量，要不，紅一遍就無以為繼。
酒店的設施和風景都是很好的。但是，因為太大了，服務不到位，服務員普遍的英文比較差，聽不懂就笑，並不主動解決問題。房間的隔音很差，其他人在走廊走，都聽見拖鞋的走路聲。餐廳的食物一般，小貴。Rock Bar的管理混亂，作為住客，並沒有得到優先安排座位，座位也安排得不好，明明有很好的座位空置，也不安排我們就座。同大堂經理反映了情況，並沒有得到解釋和跟進。 下次不會安排入住這家酒店，反正巴厘島酒店多了去了。或許就是來rock bar喝個飲料，倒是不錯的。 Kubu海灘風景優美，沙灘很好。

It is a very nice resort.
Everything is really good especially the staff. Enjoy the spa very much! It would be better if the room can add more suspend light. If the wedding venue is not on hold, hotel can open for visit would be nice.

The hotel room renovation is a bit old Dava is a good restaurant Kisik the view is good but the food below standard for me Honzen is over price compare with the food they serve.

有錢即可住得很舒服，服務人員態度很好
若是有預算考量，會覺得住起來綁手綁腳，因為包含SPA和吃飯費用皆偏高， 位置又遠離市區(沒有接駁車到市區)，若要買超商也不方便 (因市區也有很棒的飯店而價錢較低，CP值較高，才有此評價) 但如果沒有預算考量的話，AYANA是個不錯的住宿選項，服務很好 住宿前接待人員就會主動聯絡，問你有無任何需要 人員接待非常親切，各處遇到人都會打招呼 服務很好，內部有換錢所，也有旅行社可安排LOCAL TOUR行程， 懸崖餐廳也很美，很浪漫

酒店很大，人多，略拥挤
底楼园景房，很暗，不敢开门怕蚊子进来。房间设施比较旧，床品比较舒服除了枕头有点硬。酒店餐厅多，这点不错。泳池看着也很舒服，就是酒店人太多了，拥挤。 ROCK bar给差评，不知道员工怎么引导的，没有座位，要么就安排会溅到海浪的，可以打伞就坐，也是被惊到了。风景还不如在上面Sami Sami意大利餐厅呢！酒店出来外面环境太差了，两个世界！

果然是中国游客大爱的酒店，这里很多同胞。幸亏酒店也比较大，所以也不会觉得拥挤。景色无敌，大海壮阔，由于来的两天海浪都超大，无缘下水比较遗憾。Rock Bar看夕阳据说成为当地一个热门景点，预订的是别墅房得到了优先留位子的待遇。早餐很丰富，水果和各国菜式都有。除了Check in的时候等待时间比较长，以及房间有一点年月外，其他一切均可说完美。
