周圍環境不錯，住的地方感覺像是大樓一戶一戶的，櫃台不在這棟飯店，要走去另一間check in和吃早餐很麻煩，雖然是不遠，但感覺就很不好，房間貼有游泳池泡湯等設施，也不在本棟樓，單純住宿的話樓中樓的感覺不錯。

まず現地に着いたら天池溫泉會館という看板もサインもない。夜も遅い時間で不安の中、一時間近く何人もの人に聞いて探し回り最後に最近名前を変えたという情報を聞いてやっとたどり着いた。フロントで夕食を取れるところやマッサージの情報を聞いても全てI don't know.看板ぐらい変えとけ。ホテルを名乗る資格なし

不過下次我都會有機會再選擇。
環境唔錯，地方大室內有浴缸都好大，足夠 兩個人 浸浴， 整體嚟講都唔錯 唯一就係個廁所， 如果係兩夫婦就可以，其他朋友就會有啲尷尬 因為係 無隔開。

不推薦，訂房網上的地址跟check in的地址不一樣，入住的房間地方又跟check in 的也不一樣！
(訂的是雙人房，網站上寫最多可住4人)，實際兩大兩小入住(3歲，跟8個嬰兒月)，實 際入住後確實有兩張床，但只有一組雙人枕頭跟一套棉被，跟店家反應居然多一套棉被要加300！拜托！我是加一床棉被不是加一張床好嗎？一般民宿'酒店都會在衣櫃備上一份棉被且免費，只有在這奇葩的民宿見識到老闆娘做生意的伎倆

CP值高
【優點】房間浴池都很寬敞(浴池可以兩個人一起泡都沒問題)、寢具躺起來很舒服、位置便利 附近好逛好吃的都有、早餐非常的豐盛 而且會阿撒力的不斷補充。
【建議】房間燈光較昏暗、床邊沒有插座所以沒辦法躺在床上邊划手機邊充電、建築整體老舊牆壁上的壁紙有脫落可以再裝潢過會更棒、床跟沙發的正對面不是電視有點不便。

不會再租這個地方
這次訂了天池雙人房(非樓中樓房型),check in在湯匙會館,應該是新的會館,實際住宿在另一棟天池,接待人員叫我們將車子直接停在門口紅線上?!.以磁卡感應進入會館,進去後霉味很重,牆壁很多地方都有剝落的痕跡,三樓房間芳香劑的味道非常重,廁所紗窗跟衣櫃門都壞掉了,且窗戶雖然有逃生裝置的告示,實際卻沒有看到裝置.後來請他們幫我們換房間,換成同棟二樓,雖為禁菸房,但有淡淡的煙味,陽台有看到香菸盒,且浴室朝外某側沒有窗簾(看起來是壞了沒有重裝),廁所沒有補充衛生紙. 但房間真的滿大的,浴缸也非常大,且水溫穩定出水量也大. 早餐要走至湯匙會館吃,早餐很豐盛,炸物也好吃. 地點十分方便. 建議若這棟還要租,應該要好好整修.

Average facilities average cleaniless. Staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to ensure we were comfortable. Like the bathroom which is big and has both hot and cold baths. Located near the main street so eating and shipping were quite convenient.

樓上房客很吵
客房服務到十點, 近十一點的時候疑似樓上蹦蹦跳跳很吵, 但不知向哪裡反應, 吵到小孩老人都無法入眠. 早上跟櫃台反應, 讓我們可以延到一點鐘退房, 態度不錯.
