I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport.

It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there.

Poor skill of the front desk person

Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. And it took 35 min. bus ride from the airport to the hotel. It is too far from the airport. I would rather to stay inside the city.

I stayed at a hotel on a cold day, and when I complained because the room was cold, they said the main heater was broken and they were fixing it and there was no heater. I had no choice but to endure it, but it was too cold... I checked that there was a room in another hotel right next door, and it was warm, so I paid more and tried to move, but the heater stopped working an hour after I checked in, and it was too cold and I said I would check out, and only then did they say the heater was working and send someone to turn it up! I wasn't the only one who heard it, and I clearly said that the main heater was broken and the entire room wasn't heated, but another employee said it was working and sent someone to turn it up? I saw another foreign woman complaining because she was cold and really angry!! It's a hotel that many foreigners visit, so you shouldn't lie and save on utility costs!! I don't want to go there again! There's a Chinese hotel in the next door, and I highly recommend it! When I asked if there was a warm room, they brought me warm tea and kindly showed me the room!

老實說, 除非真的匪夷所思.大家生活都不容易,我全部酒店也會給5星的, 多我少我一個沒有影響. 要說評語的話,如下: -出市區要打的一小時 -樓下有一個小小的商區 -房間頗新的,清潔度-這個價錢合理水平吧 如果我下次很怕很怕錯過航班,我就選這個酒店,因為很近機場又有接駁車每小時接送. 如果我是為了去成都旅遊,我應該會選市中心那些酒店,價錢只是相差200左右.
