"The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect."

"Modern chic hotel operated by super helpful people at the lovely quarter of Basel! 3 of us stayed 4 nights in Garden View Suite with washer/dryer + ample water shower and couldn't be happier. Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance and strolling on many little passages throughout was a lot of fun. Tram#3 stops directly in front of the hotel, which easily connects with Tram#8 or #11 to Basel SSB main station. One advice is to bring Type J adapter for charging. We sincerely recommend the stay at SET:-)"
