Easy over night stop
Large room without enough for wheel to to move around in. The bathroom was new But not a wheel chair room.. still had just enough space to put our portable shower chair in it... they did have a wheel chair room but it was already booked. Manager Daniel was very friendly and helpful. Hotel close to every thing. Reasonably quiet area... only downside was other quests smoking outside the rooms so i asked Daniel to remove ash trays which he did.

Very pleasing stay
I have stayed in 4 motels in the last fortnight & Jopen cafe & motel is by far the best for customer service & bang for buck. My dog escaped from the motel room and the staff went beyond expectations and rang me then launched a search themselves. Fantastic service and they would not accept a tip. The cafe is great for breakfast . We checked in smoothly out of office hours via the cafe and it took less than 2 minutes. Motel very central to everything.

our stay at Sussex Inlet.
The motel gave adequate parking. It is located close to the RSL club & the centre of town. The bedding was good. The Shower room good. Our room was on the quite side of the corner block. On the negative side, the fridge freezer was unable to access as it was half full of ice. The balcony area was private but had not been cleaned as there was several cobwebs. To improve this problem would take minimal effort. Overall we enjoyed our stay & the tariff was very reasonable. We will stay there again in the future.
