「The pull out couch sheets were wet with what smelled like animal urine. We didn’t complain as this was the only room open for miles but we won’t be back. Cleaning staff should be checking the pull out couch every time they clean. 」

「Stayed 1 night as a middle point headed to Florida. Almost all other hotels were sold out so we didn’t have many options to choose from. Room was outdated, not very clean and hallways smelled funny. We heard running and jumping above us until about midnight. The worst part about all of this was my wife finding a ton of black hairs in our pancakes after we ate half of them off our plate. 」

「This is a nice space - reviews said it was exceptional but I would not go just that far - it is a clean, solid hotel - It was clean but the rooms a little beaten up in some areas. Towels were so rough that it hurt my skin (had to use disposable washcloths I bought on Amazon) the free bre4akfast was just ok - the hot food was not great but I was able to grab a yogurt and some oatmeal for breakfast - the staff was friendly, great people! 「No hot water. Was first informed that pool was under renovations and then the front desk tried to quickly mumble there was no hot water. When I asked to repeat what was said then they said there is no hot water. Needless to say we did not stay.」
