"We had a great stay, they were so amazing with the kids. We were able to easily walk to Universal and had fun at the pool. "

"Pool was overcrowded and there were no towels available from 4 pm onward. We were told that they were being washed but they were never restocked and the dirty towel pile just grew Grouos staked out the pool and stayed for hours. The building appears worn- carpets, doors, room decor. "

"bathroom was gross, flies in the sink and shower. didnt notice bed bugs, but the sheets and towels were all dirty when we entered the room and the housekeeping new ones were also dirty. loud banging from above overnight. not the best area obviously but it was cheap enough for a few nights and im alive. that being said, i will never stay here again. "The kitchen came with all of the necessities and the room was very clean. I love that the room came with a washer a dryer because it made it very easy to clean/ pack up before leaving. Overall a very good experience."
