"Charming hotel, central location "

"Wonderful hotel great location nice food and friendly staff. Disappointed that the pool was out of service and no notice of this. Look forward to visiting other Catalonia properties."

"The hotel is good, clean with an immaculate bar and restaurant area. The issue at the moment is the complete reconstruction of the pool area. Noisy works all day. I'm also disappointed that the car park charges will only be discounted if you have booked through hip hotels site, which seems petty. The charge is also extortionate at 19 Euro per night."

"Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food."

"The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was well done and delicious. The hotel theme was Alice in wonderland and a little strange, but it was nice and the staff were friendly. "

"Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!"
