「Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.」

「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「This hotel is in a very cool, super classy former bank. We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything in the lobby was bright and clean. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great. Easy walk to nearby shops, places to eat, the Arch, Busch Stadium. I would definitely stay again.」
