「The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.」

「They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen」

「The wifi sig was too weak to use my Roku tv. I worked nights and during the day house keeping was really noisy with the cleaning cart, woke me every day. And no pool as advertised.」

「The first night I killed 3 roaches and have pictures, asked the staff and cleaning lady personally I didn't need housekeeping working 7pm to 7am and didn't want disturbed. Still knocked and woke me up everyday. I would give negative stars if available and would rather sleep under a bridge then go back there.」

「I booked a king all they had was a full they said both of them cost the same amount and gave me a full although I booked a king online through Expedia. The pool is dirty. They accused me of stealing the towels and smoking in the room refused to give me my deposit back I will never stay here again.」
