「We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City.」

「Service people were nice, super calm and pretty neighborhood. Wonderful bakery’s, and a small deli store around the corner. High end stores on the Main Street, a block away. Balcony was nice, quiet, spacious. Nice rooftop, laundry there, and parking available. People were able to leave their bags till check in and after checkout for a bit.
Only downfall in apartment was smell. It smelled not the best. 」
