The bad: no AC in the room, no elevador for the hotel, no iron for my work shirts, no coffee in the breakfast room, loud doors and other guests woke me up middle of night, no gym. No bar or restaurant at the hotel. The good: very clean room, very close to a neat mall with good food options. Pretty neighborhood.

It’s one of those rare places that immediately makes you feel at home, while still offering the comfort and elegance of a luxury stay. My room was both stylish and cozy, with all the little touches that make a big difference — comfortable bedding, soft lighting, and high-quality amenities. What impressed me most was the service. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It never felt forced — just kind people who clearly care about creating a great guest experience. The location was also perfect: tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but just a short walk from great restaurants, shops, and local spots. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next visit. Conveniente si vas a las oficinas del frente. En el anuncio no dice que estacionamiento es en otro lado y no hay valet parking en la noche, tuve que dar dos vueltas y tocarle el claxon para que saliera alguien del hotel. En el check-in me dio mi llave un señor muy amable porque la recepcionista no estaba o ya se había ido. El desayuno incluido es algo súper básico, deberían de mencionar eso. La cama muy cómoda y el lugar muy tranquilo

Deje $1000 pesos de deposito en efectivo porque me dijeron que me los daban en la mañana y cuando ibamos saliendo no estaban. A donde me los pueden mandar? Se metieron al cuarto a la 1:20am una persona del hotel y se salio, luego le pidierom por tadio volver a entrar y entro al cuarto y estabamos en la cama y le defiamos que se salierauu y no se salia, nos dio mucho miedo.

Excelente, pero…

Excelente El hotel provee una experiencia única. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la habitación tiene múltiples detalles de buen gusto y elegancia. El personal muy atento. El desayuno americano que incluyen es muy escueto con plato de fruta con yogurt, pan y café. Debería incluir al menos huevos al gusto. Finalmente NO INCLUYE ESTACIONAMIENTO. Hay que dejar el auto en un estacionamiento publico, con limitación de horario! Por favor cambien esta parte en la descripción del hotel.

Bien para ser se reciente apertura

Es un hotel de reciente apertura, tienen aún detalles en proceso que están perfeccionando, pero es aceptable al ser nuevos. La habitación al ser nueva, me tope con detalles como tener que configurar la tele pues al parecer nunca se había utilizado, así como hacer conexiones a la red. La habitación aun no contaba con aire acondicionado por lo que la noche batalle un poco con el frio/calor. Puede ser un poco ruidoso cuando pasa gente por fuera de las habitaciones, cosa que deberán de mejorar, pero nada complicado. El costo creo que es elevado para lo que ofrecen de momento, pero en su momento cuando estén ya al 100 creo que es muy buena opción según la cercanía que requieras.
