「Cianza muy amable estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y nos permitió la llegada un día después del check in (que por motivos del vuelo tuvimos que retrasar) Lo único que vimos de malo y no fue por el lugar es que a la llegada desde la estación St Pietro Google nos mandó por unas escaleras y calles empinadas (que con maletas fue horrible) Isabella nos dio otras rutas para poder llegar mejor ! Sin duda volvería a repetir, pudimos dejar las maletas un poco más de tiempo! :) 」

I am a tea drinker but you just can’t beat Italian coffee! Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a few soft spots but overall, we had an excellent stay and I highly recommend. 」

「從入大門就很驚豔，有風格特色，熱情服務人員引領到房間，但失望極至，狹小空間，連擺放物品的桌子也沒有，廁所更是奇怪，有根大圓柱在馬桶邊，上廁所壓力極大又空間狹小。隔音差，不定時聽救護車，及摩托車經過，難入眠，背子既薄又硬，房間設施不理想。」
