「The property was fabulous! Room was really nice. Service at the restaurant was above and beyond. However, security when we got there was very rude. Not all, just the one that was there the day we got there. You can’t purchase a drink inside, even though it’s in a plastic cup, with the name “Sycuan” on it and then take it to the pool. Was told “No outside food and drink” yet the drink is from their bar! That was annoying.」

「Absolutely awful. We tried to check in and they claimed our booking was cancelled, even though expedia showed we still had it. They apparently we already full, so they did us a "favor" and showed us their disability accommodation room that they normally save for guests who need it. We walked in and it wreaked of cigarettes, the towels, sink, and tub were dirty, and there were stains on the bed. We walked out and found a new place. Don't waste your money here.」

「Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed.」

「Easy to find, restaurant and fuel next door. Room was very quiet ac worked great.」

「We appreciated the welcoming staff - often similar sized hotels only have 1 person at check-in but Ayres had 2 and they were efficient. They offered cookies in the evening and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We also took advantage of the weight room and jacuzzi. Finally, despite being close to the freeway, it was very quiet.」

「First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

「The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables.」
