Comfort Suites Crossville
Terrible shower and put in a handicap room where the bathroom floor is rhe samw as the shower floor, nothing you have to step over. No phone in the room and workers behind the counter were always outside the doors smoking. I wouldnt recommend this place

Everything was better than expected. Definitely a wise choice made in booking these accommodations. Customer service needs were answered quickly & efficiently. Very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again!!

Placemakr Premier SoBro
The room wasn’t ready until after 4:00. No prior notice, no communication. First thing the next morning they send a text saying what time checkout is and if you check out later it’s $25-100 extra. A little ironic don’t you think. Parking was $60.
