My room was the connecting room to the next room. A family including a small kid seemed to stay at the next room. Due to the structure of the connecting room and the thin wall, I could directly hear the noise from this family at the night and very early morning. That’s very embarrassed and irritated me. So it’s better that the hotel could properly allocate the room based on the composition of the number or the purpose of stay.
i booked for the non smoking room, and had to sign letter that i will obey the non-smoking policy, but when i entered the room it was cigarette smell.
i protested and immediately got the replacement.
the point is that the hotel should make sure the non-smoking room is free of smoke as well

Below service level
Front office staff arrogan t and don't send to understand 3rd Party booking. Asking me stupid question as to when my booking was made. Eventually when they found my booking. No apology for their oversight.
