「Extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. We arrived an hour early for check in but was able to sit out on the veranda and order drinks from the bar. Breakfast was delicious and covered everything we could have wanted. The room while not modern is in keeping with the style of the hotel and works nicely. Really nice hotel if we come back to Sirmione we we definitely be booking to stay again.」

Al personal del bar y de el restaurante les falta un poco de amabilidad. El edificio del hotel por fuera necesita urgentemente mantenimiento y pintura y los baños están muy mal diseñados. Volvería por la vista y el spa.」

「Extremely great location. Host was very communicative about time, arranging parking (Garif), and a little extension we needed on checkout time. Parking is extra 25 euro/day (12-12pm). Unit has AC only in the outside room (we were there at 90 degree day) but we were able to stay okay in the inside room as well.」

「It was a great location in Sirmione. Best air conditioning during or trip in France and Italy. Make sure to arrange for parking ahead of time.」

「La habitación limpia , tiene todo lo que necesitas , buena plancha la pedimos en recepción, la cama buena , el baño está muy bien , y la habitaciones tiene su propio split , algo muy raro en Europa y que es muy bueno cuando lo encuentras porque por fin puedes tener aire acondicionado para dormir en las nochesitas. La ubicación no está mal, queda cerca de restaurantes que podrás desayunar y comer , está un poco lejos del centro histórico pero cerca de paradas de autobús que puedes tomar sin...

「All good - nice room, great bathroom, safe, balcony, blackout curtains, air in, mini fridge… the rooftop pool was very welcomed in the hot weather - plenty of beds and umbrellas , towels and snack bar with draft beat. Buffet breakfast in the garden, staff were lovely.」

「飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢」

「Welcoming staff. Everything you could want or need. Great location. If sensitive to possible noise, bring ear plugs just in case. Roadway is busy and hotel neighbours can be heard if they talk loud or bang things. We enjoyed the lake and pool….swam in both. Grazie to the pleasant staff.」
