This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. They refused to offer any compensation or upgrade when confronted with the email. Thankfully, expedia provided us with some compensation. Great work by the Expedia team, unprofessional and dishonest work by GoStops.

You get what you pay for

The staff was kind and helpful but they wanted to keep our passports overnight which we refused and wanted us to pay for the room although it was charged from the card. There was no breakfast in the property despite the info on the hotels.com and nowhere around to eat on Sunday morning. The kitchen at the hotel was too dirty to even enter. Hot water, but little pressure. You could hear the noise of trains and people outside. Rather safe surrounding.

When I and hotel assistant were going to my room, suddenly he touched my hair and said you are beautiful inside elevator. Fortunately nothing happend but so scared, unpleasant situation. AC didn' t work well, shower was very cold. I expected this hotel is better because price is not cheap compared to other hotels in Indea. Definatly I'm not gonna chose the hotel again. Thanks.
