「I'm giving the property 3 stars only because we had to change room. The first room had no hot water and even though it was an upgraded room, the second room smelled of smoke. Everything thing else was great.」

「So so」

「they need someone on the property to actuallly help with getting you into the property if whole digital crap is not working in a timely manner other than that loved the property」

「Generally the hotel was fine: room was good and cleanliness in general was good. Excellent location. What disappointed me was that I was in my room for five days and the room was not attended by housekeeping even once even though I hung the sign on the door knob. I found a housekeeper to take away the trash once but that’s all that happened. I guess I could have put effort into tracking down housekeeping, but frankly I thought they should be more attentive to checking considering the length...

「Buen servicio en todo」

「Bed bugs, awful, disgusting!!! Never come back」

「This Quality Inn has not been maintained well. The floor was dirty. the chairs and couches had stains, the furniture was chipped. The bathroom had mildew. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Most of the afternoon the hallway reeked of bleach. Breakfast wasn’t worth waking up for because everything was out; the waffle batter, eggs, sausage, and very little cereal. Personally I was very disappointed and I do not plan to stay here again.」

「To much bad element around all hours of the night. Was awaken at 1:30am in the morning by an argument . Was packed up and left out of there by 2:45 am.」
