Hot tub was broken upon arrival but they quickly got it fixed and was wonderful! Check in was easy and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and very nice! Loved the pillows! Margaritaville Jacksonville Beach
Staff and hotel is very nice. They could use towel racks or hooks in bathroom. I think half a shower door is weird. Only one robe when checked in but besides that good so far
