This place is a gem! Beautiful and the staff are so so friendly. The bartenders in the restaurant are the best, they went out of their way for us. Even the guys that set up our chairs and umbrellas on the beach were the sweetest and went above and beyond.

If you’re coming to Jacksonville to the beach, this is the only place to stay. It is such a nice place and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would've given One Ocean a 5 star, but, i can't! I cannot believe a hotel charhing $400+ a night doesn’t have a smart tV in their rooms. Besides that rhe location was great, staff friendly, and the accomodations comfortable. I had a nice time.

This is a beautiful hotel lobby and spa. Bar and dining pricey but exceptional. Get a room with a view because you are on the ocean. The side views are fantastic does not need to be oceanfront. Always have trouble with the bill but the staff is cooperative. Highly walkable area for meals. Bathrooms are small but showers are nice. Dish tv only.
