"The staff are very happy to solve your problems. Customer service was absolutely amazing! However, a few things will cause us to stay else where when we return in two weeks. The shower is absolutely cold. Luke warm water at best. The breakfast had variety but non of it was good. The pancakes weren’t cooked. They came out too big and just didn’t cook well because the dough disbursement was off. The juice is watered down. The scrambled eggs tasted like plastic. Instant oatmeal was a hard pass. The one solid from breakfast was the coffee! It’s brewed fresh for every cup. On to the room. The towels in our room had hair on majority all of them. The air didn’t work throughout the night. The walls are thin. You’ll hear your neighbors throughout the night. The back/side door didn’t work so we had to walk around to the front door in the rain. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud! The bathtub was old and stained. Our microwave didn’t work. The staff replaced it promptly but the inconvenience of having to wait to warm up my daughter’s food 15-20 minute after a soccer game wasn’t pleasant. If the breakfast was good we’d return because all other items were fixed besides the outside door. But we’d just rather pick a hotel that will probably have everything in order without breakfast included and just buy breakfast."

"I had to get housekeeping to come clean the floors as they weren’t clean. Coffee spill on nightstand. Otherwise the room was clean. Comfy pillow and bed. Beautiful view. Quick check in. Room service food was great. "
