「Although the room was technically clean, it left a lot to be desired. When we checked in, the desk staff member said how we got the best, quietest room in the whole hotel. It was not in the main hotel building, it was outside and looked like a remodeled pool shack. First, it took us a few minutes to get in the room because we couldn't get the handle to work (the desk staff member warned us to "lift" the handle because there's something wrong with it). So much for being quiet, there were 3 adults...

「Property seemed to be overall maintained, but our room had ants, a used bar of soap in the shower, a used napkin in the closet and hair in the floor and on the counter of the bathroom. Our bathroom was also out of body wash and had 2 conditioners instead of 1 and a shampoo. I had to retrieve a shampoo from the front desk. We only stayed a night, would not stay again. 」

「Price was decent. Checkout was a bit confusing. I guess i was supposed to just set my card on the desk and not ring the bell. Lady came up and grabbed card set it on desk and took the bell and the sign to ring bell down and went back to her room. Maybe put a sign up saying to do that. It was a good stay though and smoking section outside. Very close to Palo Duro canyon. Bed was a little firm but not bad. Was quiet and felt safe.」

「I was there supposed to spend one night only but I only spend 30 minutes in the room and I left to another hotel. The whole facility was dirty the room was so bad and super dirty, hairs in the sink, flies inside the room, coffee maker with a lot of fingerprints, the door handle from the inside of the room with fingerprints everywhere. Definitely this hotel needs to do a lot improvements or close the hotel completely and get off from business. I run away from this place and I did have to spend...

「Very disappointed in this property. Only 1 small elevator for a large hotel with 3 floors. As it was broken and we checked in later, we were forced to stay on the 3rd floor and use the stairs. I asked for some discount but since it was booked thru Expedia, they could not accommodate. Rooms are nice but there were items left in the bathroom and closet, and there were a couple of long hairs on the shower stall wall. There was a missing bottle of body wash in the shower ( only a piece of glue tape...

「Room was clean and very spacious. Check-in was easy. Not that it bothered us, but no elevator available. Breakfast was not worth eating so we skipped it. 」
