"We had such a great time!!! All the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel welcomed (Mercedes, the valet staff, the bartender on the rooftop bar, security at the upstairs bar on Friday night, and the lady that checked us in) they all provided outstanding customer service. My wife and I already have been talking about if we was to ever come back, this will be the hotel we’re gonna stay in and we will also be looking for this hotel chain for future trips. "My trip was amazing I truly appreciated all of the staff especially Nia, Daniella, Lee, and everyone who work at the desk and Keisha, and the cleaning crew along with Melissa, who work in the dining but we will not ever forget them along with Marvin, and Michael who was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and great if there is anything as going over and beyond our expectations they did but truth is all the staff was fantastic.
