"There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, all three days we were there. Since the room was cleaned an hour before we checked in, someone should have noticed this. It smelled like sewer. Also, the bed in the standard room was surrounded on three sides by walls (not shown in pictures) which meant no table on one side and you had to climb over your partner to get out. The location on the Keizersgracht is great but we won't stay here again. This is not exactly a discount hotel so we expected better."

"Pretty tiny nice suite sided to a one way street (not much traffic). Condition was all in all great with nice beds to sleep in. Cleaning service was ok. They didn’t change the sheets every three days but this was ok for us. We’re just missing a cooking plate and an oven. "
