「We had a great stay at Le Petit Havre. The appartment was good and nice and the best part is in a few minutes you walk to 1 of the most stunning beaches you will ever see. Follow around the beach the small paths and you will see beautifull places where its not that crowded. Valerie. the owner is a great woman who helps you where ever see can, and also she speaks english! Once again it was a great stay . 「This a beautiful 1930’s Art Deco villa, tastefully decorated and well situated in a lush garden. Location is very good as it is in the middle of the eastern side of Basse-Terre, twenty minutes by car from Point-a-Pitre. There is a bus, but you would probably need a rental car. Super hosts Emmanuel and Rahba provided extra’s over what was needed and were excellent company. Simply the perfect stay. 」

「I stayed one night with my 5-year-old son. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English, which made communication easy. The room floor was not the cleanest, but I didn’t mind. The hotel buildings and pool are not in the best shape. There is quite a renovation backlog. Hence a bit overprized, but overall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the service people there were also very nice and welcoming. 」

「L'hôtel est bien située, accueil agreable et personel serviable, bon je suis venu pendant le soucis de coupure deau ( indépendant de L'hôtel) donc pas de piscine et difficile pour se servir de la douche ou robinet. Sinon effectivement il serait temps de songer a une petite renovation car le cadre est vraiment sympathique. 」

「Trop de fêtes sur les terrasses le soir. Les coqs qui réveillent tout l’hôtel des 3:00AM. Abords de l’hôtel un peu glauque, odeur de la mangrove, bouteilles cassées, détritus tout le long de la route qui mène à l’hôtel. La plage qui doit être publique, porte les stigmates des fêtes nocturnes, papiers gras, mégots de cigarettes, bouteilles etc … 」
