Beautiful classic estate home, cool and breezy, very lovely staff and great food. Bed and furniture a little uncomfortable but okay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent séjour

Demeure coloniale dans un superbe parc. Beaucoup de charme. Vue magnifique depuis la chambre 7, très spacieuse et décorée avec gout (suite 4 personnes). Piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet, servi sur la grande terrasse de la chambre. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu l'opportunité de tester le restaurant. Seuls petits points à améliorer : pas de wifi dans les chambres et pas vraiment de comptoir de réception. Mais nous recommandons fortement ce lieu qui nous a charmé ! Proche de plusieurs plages.

Halte d'une nuit en arrivant de métropole avant d'aller sur location a bouillante. Bon accueil malgré absence de réceptionniste. Chambre confortable. Belle piscine. Cadre très sympa dans un bâtiment historique. Restauration (dîner + petit déjeuner) super. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Belle surprise

Très belle demeure coloniale, avec beaucoup de cachet. Calme, atmosphère apaisante. Restaurant tenu avec beaucoup de rigueur, plats délicieux ( penser à réserver !), et personnel très agréable. Seul bémol; pas de bar la journée pour prendre un verre, (et pas de rideaux occultants dans la sdb, vraiment detail...). Sinon la qualité est excellente.

Sunny Week In Guadeloupe

We had a very pleasant week at Habitation Du Compte. The restaurant is quite good. Chef Anthony prepared a gourmet Valentine's Day dinner. The hotel is clean and comfortable and it's just a short drive to some of the beautiful beaches on Guadeloupe. The nearby town of Sainte Rose nearby has several good restaurants as does Deshaies a further drive away.

L'Habitation du Comté, un tres beau site.

sejour en hotel dans une tres belle maison sucrière, un accueil impeccable par la propriétaire, un restaurant avec une cuisine de chef, mixant spécialités antillaises et continentales avec une tres belle présentation, (Merci Anthony). chambres spacieuses décorées à l'ancienne, la dame qui s'occupe du ménage nous a fait des decorations de serviettes merveilleuses. Petit déjaeuner continental agrementé de jus de fruits, fruits et yaourts produits localement. Tres tres bonne adresse.

Chambre spacieuse, très agréable et propre. Cadre très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Anthony est très serviable et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner servi est très copieux et délicieux. A Wonderful Stay

A wonder stay in room number four. Private balcony. Quiet. Beautiful room. The garden and pool are fantastic. Anthony was a great host and chef. Our dining experience was sublime. Very creative meals. Our afternoon at the pool could not be more relaxing. A must visit, is the Botanical Gardens near 15-20 minutes away. A true oasis and great find!!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!!!!!

Halte sympathique entre Deshaies et PAP

La catégorie de chambre réservée sur le site nous a valu une chambre en L au RDC sur le côté donnant sur une coursive dont un mur était équipé d'une batterie de moteurs de climatiseurs (N°2). Suite à une panne de courant sur le réseau général, cette chambre n'étant pas reliée au système de dépannage de l'hotel fonctionnant sur groupe éléctrogène, nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement pour la deuxième nuit nous valant une chambre au 1er étage sans commune mesure avec la 1ère. Conclusion, si vous commandez exigez une chambre au 1er étage (Nos 3 à 7) afin d'avoir une bonne prestation. Petit déjeuner copieux et très satisfaisant. Pour le reste accueil attentif et n'hésitez pas à tester le restaurant : cuisine de qualité avec une carte originale et variée.

Great older property, well maintained and updated. Well managed by a dynamic French chef. Relaxing, not crowded. Nice pool. Limited but quality breakfast consisting of croissants and other "breads" (could be improved with some protein - eggs, etc). Ample free parking. Good classic service. If you like the older style and feel of a classic small hotel establishment and a quality French classic dinner right in the property restaurant, than go for it! Definitely deserves the 3 stars classification. Recommend
