The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is easy to acess. It is close to the bus services company so you can go to other city easily. The receptionist is very polite and willing to reply your inquiries.

Uniquely tiny rooms and bathroom. Have never stayed in a room that small. AC was not working and the weather was hot so had to sleep with open windows which was noisy. Breakfast was not bad, just OK.

Everything wa good would stay again. stairs only way up but most of the hotels are the same. they help you to take your bags up and down.

While the property is very simple, it is a great place. One can walk down to the ocean in about 20 min. There are also many small stores near the property and great Turkish food.

Kahvaltı açık büfe ve yeterliydi. Temizlik de idare ederdi. Ancak oda küçük ve gece lambası yoktu. Ayrıca taharet musluğu düzgün çalışmıyordu. Bunların yanı sıra sular bile ücrete tabii olarak minibara yazılmış ancak bir adet su içtik dediğimizde ikram ettiler. Teşekkürler.

Hotel razoável com ótima localização
Hotel convenientemente bem localizado. Atendimento e conforto razoável. Se eles investissem um pouco mais em pequenos mimos para os hóspedes, como guarda-chuvas para emprestar, e cuidassem um pouco melhor da manutenção do quarto, a avaliação do hotel seria muito superior.

Proprietors are deceptive. I reserved a non-smoking room in this supposedly non-smoking hotel. When I arrived after a long day of travel, I was taken up 4 flights of stairs to a room that reeked of smoke. I was too tired to refuse the room, but, after 4 hours of inhaling nostril-stinging nicotine embedded in the fabric headboard and curtains, I called downstairs and was told there were no other rooms available. I resorted to sleeping in the bathroom, with the door closed! At 08:00, I demanded a new room, and was given one by Ismael. Aside from his assistance, and being the unfortunate one to hear my wrath, this place is a smoker's haven. My new room was across the hall from the kitchen service entrance, which reeked of fresh smoke from employees. I had to place a towel below my door to keep that smoke out of my room. If you have a health condition, do not stay here.

I stayed at Piano Hotel in 2 different rooms at different times, my stay this time had a nicer room Superior double I thing is called. Their breakfast is very good and generous, all and all this is a very nice small hotel with very helpful staff especially the young girl at the frint desk super nice and patient, I would stay here again if in Izmir

The hotel is well located downtown the city of Izmir. The rooms are small and the bedroom furniture was outdated and even broken. Some necessary updates would be welcomed. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with various options.

Top locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuk hotel & gevarieerd ontbijt. Parkeren voor de deur lastig, houdt er rekening mee dat je in de buurt bij een ottopark je auto neer moet zetten.

Room with balcony spacious quiet and worthwhile
This is the second review I'm writing as I don't know why my initial review didn't get recorded. It is because I was very pleased with my stay at the piano hotel that I am taking time to do this review. I want to acknowledge Mr. Ersen at reception for his professionalism and helpfulness. I was in town for a half marathon and sightseeing and was given a room with all of my preferences. Thoroughly enjoyed the room and view from balcony. Highly recommended and will stay there again upon my return

Classy piano-focused hotel that's central
From the start, Ersen was very helpful in providing a quiet room with my preferences and suggesting relevant local information. As an amateur pianist, it's great to visit a hotel with a well-tuned piano; there are name brand 5 star hotels with pianos out of tune. The breakfast was diverse however, I didn't have to time savor so I suggest guest find the time to enjoy. Plus there's a second floor area to relax.

Boede på et 5 kvm værelse med en seng hvor aircondition var placeret lige over sengen.. man kunne kun slukke eller tænde for aircondition, så det var koldt når man var lige under den. Badeværelset trænger til en ordentligt renovation. Beskidt og fyldt med kalk, toiletbrættet sidder løst, alt på badeværelset er off. Jeg betalte ca. 300 kr. for en overnatning, tænker der findes bedre alternativer.

Online pictures of the room were misleading. We booked the superior room with the balcony and the room was tinyyyyyyy!! The "balcony" was a sliver of area outside, where you could not even sit or have two people stand. Room also felt old. Walls were thin and you could hear the other nearby room conversations and when doors would open and close which was disruptive when we were trying to sleep. Interactions with most of the front desk employees were not particularly warm or friendly. Will say the breakfast was great - good selection, tasty and fresh ingredients. Location was great for being in the city center and walkable to major spots.

Otele girişten çıkışa kadar her şey gayet keyifliydi. Çift olduğumuzu duyunca, twin yataklı aldığımız odayı çift kişilik yataklı odayla ücretsiz değiştirdiler. Odalar küçüktü ama sadece yatmaya kullandığımız için gayet yeterliydi. Konum olarak da kültür parka yakındı.

Wir können die teilweise sehr schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir haben uns im Piano sehr wohl gefühlt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut: das Frühstück eine Wucht, die Zimmer und das Bad sehr sauber und das Personal unglaublich nett. Vielen Dank - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!😘

The hotel is within easy walking to Konak and Alsancak areas. The room was basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The included traditional style breakfast had lots of options. The airline had lost my bag, but the hotel were very comforting and helpful in getting it back.
