「The staff was friendly. I enjoyed my room. They have screens on their windows to protect from mosquitoes and bugs!!!!! Which really made my life easier and I have noticed that a lot of hotels don’t do this. I would come back just for this comfort! 💖 But they also have great customer service. I have a lot of allergies, especially to pets and feathers. As a pet friendly hotel, I was nervous about staying here, but they went out of their way to make efforts to make sure I got an allergy free...

「旅館距離火車站較遠，到市集廣場後還要再走五分鐘，周圍環境靜謐而優美。旅館前轉角的咖啡館Tattie’s，鬆餅非常好吃。旅館後門在運河對面有間餐館Spinola號稱 King of Mussels，名不虛傳。旅館由保存良好的老宅改建，前後花園都很美，屋內的每個曲折轉彎處也都佈置得很有品味，後門直通運河，可欣賞運河景觀的房間值得一住。老房子的樓梯走起來會有聲響，但有老電梯可用。室內都是老傢俱，但浴室已改裝現代化且屋內冷氣、wifi運作都很順暢。唯未提供浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷牙膏等個人用品，要自行攜帶。」

「The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no...

「The stay was great. The only downside was the room was really cold. Tried turning up the air con, that didn’t work. Eventually found the radiator adjustment. Which sorted the issue. 」
