"The beautiful landscape, lots of pools, fun entertainment.. Our room attendant never made us towel art, while the 3 other couples had some really cute ones.also it took a couple days for her to mop up the coffee spot, and the outside patio table never did get washed off. We discovered the pool with the waterfall over it, and pinky swore with Edward we would be back. He was the most friendly. The main swim up bar was too busy for the guys working to serve to smile even. I loved the view from our room ( 612 ) there were whale out there even! "

"Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. "Clean comfortable amazing place! Isaac and JP are great servers. However, the pool drink service was a little slower this year and could use a little improvement with some of the other staff. Otherwise very happy with this place."

"This is the second time we stayed. We like the Fontan the staff is very nice this time Julie one of the entertainment staff was excellent, nice funny and made our days and each of the activities we participated enjoyable. Thank you Julie. The only complaint that we have is that there is a lot of people and few staff . You have to make line to eat to check in to check out to get or ask for something and thanks a lot of time to get it or for someone to bring it to you . We asked for pillows and we never got them . Some towels and they didn’t have enough. Please pay attention to those little things that makes a lot of difference. "
