El hotel en general ese bonito y cómodo, el personal amable y servicial, nos tocaron muchas áreas en mantenimiento, pero pudimos disfrutar sin problema de nuestras vacaciones! Por las 3 noches que reservamos nos otorgaron solo una reserva en restaurante de especialidad, el cual estuvo fenomenal, nos hubiera gustado una reserva más! Pero la comida del bufet también era muy buena! Volveremos sin duda! Para mi gusto el hotel debería volver a ser solo para adultos!

This was our first stay at the resort and it was wonderful. We traveled as a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 3). Our room was cleaned everyday, help desk was efficient and the staff was phenomenal. The buffet options, pool service and room service was top. Really great place to stay as a family. I was shocked at how pet friendly it is as well. We saw all kinds of dogs during our stay and we will actually be brining ours next time.

En esta ocasión hubieron claro-obscuros. Excelente mantenimiento, y muy buen servicio (meseros, bellboys, camaristas, recepcionistas;gente de experiencia de hace años). Acierto convertir las canchas de tenis a padel. Buen upgrade, como siempre poder usar instalaciones y consumo en el hotel azul. En lo que refiere a bebidas y alimentos tanto en los restaurantes de uso diario; así como en los de especialidades, hay más esmero en cuidar el costo, que en la experiencia que ofrecen. Comidas variedad y preparación aceptables, desayunos y cenas de regulares a malas

Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!
