"A lovely hotel and a really good stay. "

"It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in."

"Great hotel with a lovely Italian restaurant"

"Best hotel in Karuizawa, best view and best location"

"The building is getting a little old but breakfast is good."

"Good value for money but not convenient using public transport"

"Room spotless, staff very helpful, breakfast very nice. "

"Close to the train station (3-5 min walk). Room is tidy and staff are nice."

"Onsen was amazing "

"The room is a bit too small and is just enough for us to open the luggage. Staff are very helpful and speak good English. There is convenience store nearby."

"super convenient location and close to JR station, recommend"

"Hotel Wellies is an eclectic hotel located quite a way out of the town centre and is difficult to get to. The staff were very helpful, rooms are clean. There was no dinner option the night we stayed and limited options close by. The hotel is modelled on an English hotel with English cooked breakfast - good coffee."

"Pet friendly accommodation. All staff were so kind and very friendly. Clean and location is good."
