「This is a hotel in a perfect location. It is so beautiful to look into the bay and so wonderful to be able to go on the most incredible coastal walks from the doorstep. Great to take the boat to Salcombe and explore from there.
The room was lovely, but we were on the ground floor and looked out onto the bay, but also the decked area; so it wasn't very private.

「The rooms were freezing and when we informed the manager we were told that the heating was broken. It was about 3 degrees outside that night and they didn’t even attempt to give us an electric heater or anything.」

「Overall the property was very clean and everything was brand new. Great location and close walk to every where. Only down fall was the kitchen didn't have as many pots and pans if you wanted to cook a family meal. The iron was not working but we got a replacement the next day. The ceiling in the bedroom upstairs was quite low and became quite warm. The property does not have air con except for a fan in the living room. We took an additional fan with us which helped. I would recommend this...
