「Firstly, I'm not first time stay in this hotel, however this time they give me unforgettable memories. Please provide more customer service training for the staff, the front desk staff look like unhappy all the time, please smile for the guest」

「The hotel is not within walking distance of the airport, but it offers a shuttle service in the early morning at a price comparable to Uber. There is no kettle provided in the room. While I could get hot water from the restaurant during operating hours, it was inconvenient for me, especially since I was unwell and needed hot drinks in the middle of the night.」

「The staff upon check-in (Stella) & checkout were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. The room was modern and very comfortable. My husband was not that impressed with the breakfast and I found it strange that the gym had no WC all in all a very good hotel.」

「虽然不在市中心，但是环境很棒，很静，睡得也很好。另外还有很大的停车位。早餐的话，由于住了两晚，服务生超级好，都会记住客人需要点么了，真的给他五星好评。下次过来，还是会来这边住。」
