「We stayed there for two nights and found the towel hanger had blood strain on the first day but they didn’t clean it throughout our stay! They won’t provide hair dryer which is quite unexpectable 」

「千萬不要被騙，相片外表好靚，進入建築物後，有如恐怖片一般的，所有公眾地方，衛生程度極為骯髒，冇任何照明系統！入住的五天，只有4條毛巾可用，床單都冇更換，最大問題是連熱水爐都是時好時壞，致電屋主維修，還須呆等2小時！不知為什麼？自己要付出不少的租金，但能夠獲得嘅服務等如零！！！」

「入住前幾天就會收到住宿和周邊觀光的相關資訊，當天我們提早到apartment，聯絡host不到10分鐘就來幫我們辦check in，而且很親切地跟我們介紹環境，最棒的是還幫我們升級到更大的街景房。apartment內設備很齊全、乾淨又舒服，4號電車就直接停在apartment的門口！Check out後還可以寄放行李，離開時我們本來要坐電車、機場巴士到Zagreb機場，但host建議我們搭uber更方便、更便宜，最後還幫我們叫好uber，真的是很貼心，很愉快的住宿經驗，非常非常推薦！」

「This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. 」

「Fully equipped kitchen, very spacious, clean, cosy, good shower and WiFi, good wardrobes. Comfortable sofa. Near bus station, like 15-17 minutes 」

「Location is good, near the centre, room clean and good (it is on different address), the host gave detailed instructions to check in, but the lights of the living room are regrettably dead during my short stay, pity pity! And no shower curtain, mirror too high in the bathroom, that's inconvenient!」

「Owner did not respond immediately and I didn't know how to get into the apartment causing me to panic. Also, it is on the 4th floor but the lights do not turn on automatically in the hall and stairs. The first night I had to use my phone to see up the stairs. There is a light at the bottom but the first day I didn't see it. Other places the lights have motion censors in the stairways.」

「Can’t beat the location, within a few minutes walk of all the must-see sites in Zagreb, and the best restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive. Great experience overall!」
