This property is conveniently located to Ithaca College, but it’s extremely run down and dirty. The staff is so unhelpful. They made no effort to find solutions to hotel created problems.

I had forgotten a pair of socks when I checked out. I told the front desk that evening when I checked into another room. They did nothing. I asked the Room service guy the next day. He said he found it & trashed it. Really? Plus there was power outage. Hotel staff dont repair power lines. But being in the hospitality industry, they approach the situation with a professional level of care & address guests' concerns reassuringly. Not here.

Pros: Conveniently located to local universities and downtown Ithaca. Cons: Property exterior, landscaping was over grown. The hotel Interior should be updated. The room walls were dirty and stained. Furniture was dated, chipped or scratched and uncomfortable. The price didn't match the quality.

The staff, especially the ladies in the breakfast room, were really nice. However, we found lots of insects inside our first floor room. Also there was a musty smell. And the pool was out of order when we there for 2nights.

The clerk that checked us in was not at the desk or sigh indicating that he would be back soon. He was difficult to understand at times and lacked any insight when we asked for recommendations

So I checked in and turned on the tv. Well, tried to, it wasn't plugged in. When I plugged it in and powered it on, it only stayed on for 2 seconds, turned off, turned on for 2 seconds, etc. I texted and called the front desk. After 2 hours of no response, I gave up and went to bed. Pretty frustrated.

The parking lot has several pot holes but the hotel itself was great. Loved the suites and the staff was very nice and helpful

Lots of pros: friendly staff, clean room, quiet environment, decent breakfast, great location. But the pool was out of order: a main factor in choosing our hotel. And the pot holes in the parking lot are treacherous. I will say again IF the pool is in order. If not, I will stay elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Rooms and bathrooms rather dated and the jacuzzi in the bedroom odd, but rooms are spacious. Bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets. Breakfast room crowded on a Sunday morning. I wish they would get away from plastic cutlery and disposable plates; too wasteful. Quiet location. Parking lot needs repaving but ample space for cars. Safe and beautiful area of nature.

We booked two rooms at this hotel because it listed a pool as an amenity and we were having a birthday party for our 16 year old and her friends. The pool has apparently been closed for 4 months and there was no indication of that when we booked nor were we advised before the date we could cancel by for a full refund. Very disappointing.

The hotel is located in a very quiet but convenient location, driving to Ithaca down town has gorgeous lake view on the road. Stuffs are very nice, and room is very pretty spacious, like a one bedroom unit, with refrigerate, and microwave. The only cons it has is the facility maintenance is not up to date, like curtain is broken, sink drainage is slow, etc. Hope they can improve soon.

The internet is very frustrating to access; may make me not want to come back due to needing use internet with business. Also had to use sound machine to sleep because 2nd floor pretty loud till late at night

The thermostat was not working. It was freezing in are room. We checked that it was on hear- yet cold air was coming out . When I told a staff member about how cold are room was - he just shrugged his shoulders

I booked this hotel for the pool, as my 4 grand kids had skied all day at Greek Peak and wanted to relax before our trip home. NO POOL and it had not been available for 6 months. I did not check in and took the crying kids home. Parking lot had pot holes all over and lobby was dingy.

The rooms are big and comfortable with a living area separate from the sleeping area. Nice breakfast in the morning. Check-in was very slow - I’m not sure what the issue was, but we waited quite some time for the person ahead of us and then again while we were checking in. Would certainly stay there again.

Pool closed, not working. Breakfast poor quality. One staff member very rude, other one nice. Place was once nice, doesn't seem like they've kept up with maintenance. Carpets worn. Tile falling off wall. No place to hang out other than your room. Bed uncomfortable. It's a place to sleep, not a place to vacation at.
