A localização da pousada é um ponto positivo, pois está próxima de locais importantes da cidade, facilitando o deslocamento. No entanto, minha experiência de forma geral não foi satisfatória. O quarto apresentava cheiro de mofo, assim como as roupas de cama. As toalhas de banho e rosto também deixaram a desejar, tanto pela qualidade quanto pelo odor. Outro ponto negativo foi a televisão, que disponibilizava apenas canais abertos, como SBT e Band, sem opção de conexão com Wi-Fi ou acesso a plataformas de streaming, o que limita bastante o entretenimento. Além disso, o atendimento não foi acolhedor. Os funcionários se mostraram pouco receptivos, o que impacta diretamente na experiência do hóspede, especialmente em um ambiente que deveria prezar pela hospitalidade. Como pontos positivos, destaco o ventilador do quarto, que é eficiente, o espaço externo da pousada, que é amplo e agradável, e o café da manhã, que é bom e atende bem às expectativas. De modo geral, minha experiência não foi positiva e, por esse motivo, não me hospedaria novamente.

Primeiro tive um problema com o quarto, mais a equipe resolveu muito bem, então ficamos agradecidos e deu tudo certo, eu gostaria de deixar uma sugestão, sala de jogos não tem, só a mesa de bilhar, minha sugestão se possível colocar uma mesa de pebolim pra ficar um pouco melhor, e máquinas de fliperama porque a que tinha lá não funcionava, mais foi bom

Bom, mas tem muito a melhorar.

O local é bem legal, bem pertinho da praia! O quarto é pequeno, mas como não fiquei muito no hotel não fazia tanta diferença. O chuveiro não estava esquentando muito bem, e o espaço do banheiro era bem apertado, cheguei no hotel a noite e no dia seguinte sai bem cedinho para as praias, quando voltei o banheiro estava quase inundado pois a pia estava vazando, avisei a pessoa que ficava na recepção na parte da tarde e o maximo que ela fez foi me dar um pano de chão. Ninguem foi verificar o que era, entao eu mesma que tive que arrumar a pia pra nao ficar com o banheiro molhado. O cafe da manhã poderia ter mais opções, e deixar as comidas mais quentinhas, algumas opções estavam frias.
