"Honestly this hotel is a disaster. Dirty toilets, mosquitos, dirty kitchen, old carpets. Please avoid the hotel because its like an abandoned house. The photos are deceiving. "

"The staff were courteous, proactive and very helpful. The quality and standard of the hotel room and other facilities were very high. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless. I also had the opportunity to use the restaurant, bar and gym where i experienced a very high quality of service. I enjoyed the buffet and the breakfast at the restaurant. It is qorth mentioning that the airport shuttle is very handy, makes your arrival and departure experience smooth. The botel also has good views of the city of Yaounde, i will always go back and recommend anyone visiting to make United their first choice."

"I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk team was friendly and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail—everything from the plush bedding to the complimentary toiletries made my stay feel luxurious. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day, keeping the space fresh and tidy. The on-site amenities were a huge plus. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and using the fitness center, which was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options for all tastes. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated—close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
