「Gayet güzeldi,tek sıkıntı klimanın kumandası çalışmıyordu.」

「The location is a bit far, but the traffic from airport is quite convenient, the room looks a bit old and small, but it is clean and tidy, the amenities in the room are complete, the bed was generally clean and comfortable, the environment around the hotel is very beautiful and total privacy, the buffet is good but not that outstanding. Generally speaking, it can be said to be satisfactory, the only thing that impressed me was the friendly attitude and impeccable service of the staff! If you...

「Yes,great 」

「The room condition is good and clear with just enough facilities and provisions. The buffet breakfast is good. Close to metro station. If improvement is needed, the 2 things i suggest are: the bed is too soft and the air-conditioner temperature is difficult to control.」

「excellent」

「I enjoyed this hotel. The location was perfect and I was able to walk to 80% of the things I wanted to see and do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge, front desk, and dining room staff were all professional and helped make my staff enjoyable.」

「I stayed from Mar 24 and check out Mar 28 in Swissotel Izmir with poor expenses below First night, when I went to bed and tried to off all lightings but I couldn’t even tried using Master Off repeatedly, finally, technician came to fix it by manipulating the setting in the in-room control panel without sorry, that was 01:00. Second day, after whole day work outside and returned the room, bed was made and bottle water refilled, however, toilet was dirty but not cleaned, long hair on bathtub (I...

「I do not believe they know the definition of a boutique hotel. Service: I traveled to Izmir to visit my customers in Manisa 4 times per year and I always staying at the different hotels. The staff in Met hotel are very need some on-job training, not mentioned that their English level is really hard to communicate. I cannot believe that I even had a fight with them during my stays. Breakfast - The food and atmosphere is decent but the lady served the breakfast is very nice....

「It’s a good hotel,Staffs are friendly, hotel is clean, but the breakfast is so so,the bed is too soft for me 」
