As usual a great stay — this is my go-to when I catch the BA flight to London. The spa was a little disorganised regarding a pre-booked appointment but the manager (didn’t get her name unfortunately) went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

The rooms are rather small for the price, and we didn’t have a thoroughly clean washroom at first.
