A hidden gem in Turkey!

Tranquilla is the perfect get away from stressful Istanbul - It's a beautiful and relaxing place, not only near rivers but mountains and the sea. The food and service were amazing too.

very relaxing

Tranquilla is an amzing little heaven in Agva. beautiful and well maintained rustic log cabins by the river. delicious food and friendly staff. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. I specially enjoyed the morning call of that resident bird on the trees around.

Ağva’da keyifli ve sakin bir kaçış yeri

Ağva’ya bir kaç kere gittim ama oranın dokusuna bu kadar uygun yapılmış bir yerde hiç kalmadım. Hem hizmet hem temizlikten çok memnun kaldık. Evcil hayvanlarımızla gittik ve onlar da çok rahat etti. Dokusu, kalitesiyle bence ağvadaki en kaliteli ve huzurlu mekan

Konfor değil huzur arayanlara uygun

Kafa dinlemek için çok uygun bir yer. Wifi aşırı yavaştı veya hiç erişilemiyordu kaldığımız odadan. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve kaliteliydi. Oda konforu orta seviyedeydi, lavabo kötü tasarlanmıştı ve yere su akıtıyordu. Ses yalıtımı iyi değildi.

Ambiyansı Harika, Küçük İyileştirmeler Gerekebilir

Ağva’da Tranquilla Nehir Evi'nde 2 gece konakladık. Nehir kenarında, yemyeşil doğası ve çiçeklerle dolu bahçesi insanı gerçekten dinlendiriyor. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam arayanlar için çok ideal. Ağva sahiline yürüyerek yaklaşık 15 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Otelin çevresinde restoran veya market yok; ihtiyaçlar ya otelden karşılanıyor ya da birkaç kilometre uzaklıktaki markete gidiliyor. Otelin atmosferi çok sıcak; yüksek tavanlı, şömineli restoran ve lobi alanı oldukça keyifli. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yemekler konusunda ise karışık hislerim var. İlk akşam aldığımız meze ve yemekler lezzetliydi, fiyatlar da makuldü. Ancak ikinci akşam makarnada istenmeyen bir hijyen problemi yaşadık. Durumu ilettik, ilgilendiler ve değiştirdiler ama telafi sözü verilmesine rağmen ekstra bir şey sunulmadı. Odalar konforluydu ama biraz bakımsızdı; dolap içlerinde örümcek ağları görmek pek hoş olmadı. Ahşap yapının etkisi olabilir ama daha özenli temizlik beklentisi oluşuyor. Şömine keyfi harikaydı, odun temin edip yakmamıza da destek oldular. Genel olarak doğası, ambiyansı ve sakinliği ile çok beğendiğim bir yer oldu. Ancak oda temizliği ve restoran hizmeti konusunda yorumlarda anlatıldığı kadar yüksek bir kalite deneyimleyemedim.

ARTILARI: Otel çok güzel bir konumda; peyzaj,iç ve dış ortam güzel,gerçekten fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve iyiniyetle çalışıyorlar. Odalar kullanışlı. Yemekler için birşey diyemiyorum yemek yemedik çünkü, ama kahvaltı içeriği gayet taze ve yeterli idi. EKSİLERİ: 1)Otel biraz eskimiş.Mesela musluk,kapı kolu gibi demirbaşların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. 2)Tek tük de olsa sivrisinek sıkıntısı var,odamızdaki gece doğru düzgün uyutmadı bizi.Yanınıza sinek kovucu bir ilaç alırsanız çözülebilecek bir sıkıntı. 3)Her gün öyle mi bilmiyorum ama gece, çok yakın bir işletmeden şarkılı halaylı,eğlence sesleri geldi(saat 12'de bitirdiler neyseki). 4)Nehrin karşı yakasında inşaat var,inşaat bitene kadar vurma kesme doğrama sesleri gündüz vakti rahatsız edebilir; kahvaltıda bizim kafamızı biraz ütüledi açıkçası. Biz bir gece kaldığımız için bu sıkıntılara çok takılmadık, ancak daha uzun süre kalacakların bunları bilerek gelmesinde fayda var. Biz bir kere daha gelir miyiz? Evet!

Temizlik açısından sorun olarak belirtilecek bir detay yoktu. Odanın temizliği yapılmış yalnızca banyoda çöp kutusu dolu unutulmuştu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otel hakkında olumsuz olarak deneyimimiz akşam yemeğimiz oldu. Sıcak ve taze servis edilmesi gereken şeyler soğuk ve çok saat önce pişirildiği anlaşılan nitelikte servis edildi. Bu kadar kusur olur takılmadık ama tekrar bi Ağva seyahatimizde başka bir oteli deneyimlemek isteyeceğimize eminim.
