An Unforgettable Stay at Trinity Hotel Istanbul! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trinity Hotel in Istanbul, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic – close to many of the city’s main attractions – but what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service, especially from the front desk staff. A heartfelt thank you to Guney, Abdullah, and Razul at the reception. These three gentlemen were absolutely outstanding – incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from arranging transportation to giving great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend Trinity Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Guney, Abdullah, or Razul during your stay, rest assured – you’ll be in the best hands. Thank you for a truly memorable stay – we’ll definitely be back!

Stayed with family for one night. Very good location near Taksim square, walking distance to Galata port, Galata tower and Dolmabahce palace. Very clean hotel. The only inconvenience was that the rooms are very small, but I guess it’s very common for Istanbul hotels.

I had an amazing stay at Trinity Hotel Istanbul! Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly — a special shoutout to Abdullah, Rasul, Atta, Arsin, and Gooneh for making my stay feel like home. The cleanliness of the hotel is truly top-notch, which is something I really value. The location couldn’t be better — right in Taksim, just off Istiklal Street, placing you at the heart of everything with easy access to transportation. The air conditioning system was strong and reliable (which is rare to find in many places), and the beds were very comfortable. One of my favorite features was the rooftop terrace — the views of Istanbul from up there are simply breathtaking. Overall, this is a hotel that really delivers on all fronts. I definitely recommend staying here — I’ll be back for sure!

The hotel was relatively clean and quiet, with a convenient location very close to Taksim Square. However, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially when compared to the level of hospitality we've received at other hotels in Istanbul. There was no breakfast service provided, which was disappointing. The room itself was very small and lacked comfort in terms of both space and amenities. Additionally, we did not feel the warmth or attentiveness typically associated with Turkish hospitality. On one occasion, due to the extremely hot weather, we kindly asked a housekeeping staff member for a small bottle of water. Rather than responding helpfully, they were skeptical and hesitant, appearing to argue amongst themselves about whether to give it to despite the obvious need. The issue was then unnecessarily escalated to the receptionist, who reacted unfavorably and told us, somewhat dismissively, “If you need anything, call reception directly.” This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and undervalued as guests. Furthermore, the in-room amenities were minimal. Only one small sachet of Nescafé per person was provided, with no milk or whitener available. The cups were disposable cardboard, which is not ideal for enjoying hot beverages and does not align with the standard expected of a quality hotel. Overall, while the location was excellent, the lack of basic services, limited amenities, and poor approach to guest care significantly impacted our stay. We hop

Eines der nettesten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe! Wir waren acht Freundinnen (russisch, italienisch, albanisch , deutsch, türkisch) und haben im The Trinity Hotel Taksim einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt erlebt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sowieso perfekt – mitten im Herzen von Taksim, alles ist super erreichbar. Aber das, was den Unterschied gemacht hat, war definitiv das Hotelpersonal. Besonders Abdullah, Resul, Ersin und Ata… Diese vier großartigen Mitarbeiter haben uns den Aufenthalt so viel leichter gemacht! Wir hatten viele Koffer, waren eine große Gruppe mit unterschiedlichen Plänen – aber egal, was war, sobald wir etwas brauchten, standen sie schon an unserer Seite. Jeder einzelne war freundlich, hilfsbereit, geduldig und lösungsorientiert. Wir haben uns gefühlt, als wären wir zu Hause. Jeden Morgen haben sie mit uns geplaudert, Tipps gegeben und uns besonders bei Themen wie Transport und Reservierungen unterstützt – das war unbezahlbar. Wenn man in einem Hotel nicht nur Sauberkeit und Komfort, sondern auch Wertschätzung erleben will, sollte man ohne zu zögern dieses Hotel wählen. Das größte Glück dieses Hauses ist es, so wunderbare Mitarbeiter zu haben. Unsere Istanbul-Reise war dank ihnen viel schöner und bedeutungsvoller. Staff tried to rip us off by continuously telling us we should get a taxi from them to get to the airport with a way higher price. We were able to easily use Uber after all the lies they said! Rooms are extremely small (to the extent of non-standard). The elevator was not working also…

Perfektes kleines und sauberes Stadthotel in zentraler Lage. Zimmer klein, was uns aber durch die bereits vorhandenen Bewertungen bei der Buchung bewusst war. Super zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Taksim Platz gelegen. Hotel hervorragend sauber, Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit. Tolle Dachterasse mit Übersicht auf die ganze europäische Seite.

Zimmer sind sehr klein. Zimmer 103 ist als Standard-Zimmer zu empfehlen. In 102 ist nicht mal Platz für die Koffer. Sehr hellhörig. Wenn das Partyvolk nachts nach Hause kommt, bekommt das ganze Hotel alles mit. Wir waren aufgrund des Preises zweimal dort. Ein drittes Mal würden wir vermutlich aber nicht mehr buchen. Die Lage ist top.

die angegebenen Bilder der Zimmer auf Expedia waren fake. Die Zimmer waren viel kleiner als angegeben, ein Zimmer war so klein, dass man nur knapp die Türe öffnen konnte, ein Kleiderschrank war nicht vorhanden und es gab keinen Platz am Boden um den Koffer zu öffnen. Nach langer Diskussion, haben wir ein etwas größeres Zimmer bekommen, aber auch kein Vergleich zu den angegebenen Fotos.
