klimasız, havasız odalar, berbat konaklama

Ailece kalmak için iki oda tutmuştuk, odalar aşırı sıcak ve havasızdı, klimalar çalışmıyordu, nefes almak dahi zordu, sorunu ilettiğimizde yoğunluk nedeniyle tüm klimaların kapatıldığını ve pencereleri açarak odayı havalandırabileceğimizi söylediler, o kadar sıcak ve havasız bir odada kalmamızın imkansız olduğunu söylediğimizde 4 ümüzü 3 yataklı bir odaya almayı teklif ettiler, asla yardımcı olmadılar ve gece yarısı çocuğumuzla birlikte oteli terk etmek zorunda kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Hebben 2 dagen gediscussieerd of mijn ontbijt inbegrepen was of niet. Heb hen mijn reservering laten zien waarin mijn ontbijt wel inbegrepen was, toch geloofden ze me niet. Kamer op zich was ruim maar door de muren van de badkamer was er water doorgesijpeld naar de vloer waardoor er schimmelvorming was in de vloer. Service trok op niets. Hebben elke dag een extra kussen, een mesje, een paar borden gevraagd die nooit van de eerste keer geleverd werden. Hebben hiervoor steeds verschillende keren moeten bellen. Via de receptie kregen we zelfs de telefoonnummer van de keuken waarvoor wij zelf moesten bellen. Na veel poespas hebben we 1 dag kunnen ontbijten. De persoon die buiten de beveiliging deed, kwam in de eetzaal ook nog eens opdienen. Op de eerste dag werd zelfs onze koffers niet naar de kamer gebracht. Ben zoveel keren naar Istanbul geweest maar dit was voor mij tot nu toe de duurste maar dan ook de minst kwaliteitsvolle hotel ooit.

Für das Geld kann man auch in einem anständigen Hotel übernachten, wo alles auch funktioniert und die Mitarbeiter freundlich sein können.

Not worth the money

Located in a less touristic area of Istanbul, the employees of this Ramada Hotel are very much committed to a strict never smile policy. The hotel is located next to Altunizade Metro station and in walk distance to a shopping Mall (Capitol), which is an advantage for daily trips. However the rooms and interior of this hotel have probably seen better days, long long time ago. If you are looking for arrogancy and unfriendly staff combined with old rooms and equipment and enjoy to sleep in unheated rooms, you should book this hotel immediately. There are worlds between this Ramada and any other Ramada I've stayed before, including Ramada Osmanbey on the other side of Istanbul, where you can experience the famous hospitality of Turkey combined with a professionalism you would expect from an international 5 Star Hotel like Ramada. Don't expect anything like this in this location!

Initial room we had (twin deluxe) was supposedly cleaned but it wasn't. There was a bathroom leak with towels still wet. The room was amazing and spacious. But a shame we couldn't stay in it. we the. Were moved to a smaller twin that was smoking permitted which I for health reasons could t stay and then at this point kicked up a big fuss. We then we moved to the garden room which was much better. However, as there was no parking we had to leave the vehicle in there until we sorted out the room dilemma and was asked to pay which we argued and Got this rectified as we were going to move the vehicle anyway. We were told that parking was only allowed up to 30 mins and due to the nature of the problems faced we had to waste about an hour an half resolving the issues and then settling in. I was greatly disappointed I must say. For Ramada which is meant to be a very good hotel let me and my guest down.

I had a fantastic stay, the location of the hotel is great and very convenient to where i needed to be. There is a Metro on the doorstep. The staff were very friend and helpfil.

Worst hotel ever

Worst hotel experience ever. The room was not up to standard in cleanliness, especially the bathroom. You could see black/brown marks on the walls, the corners of the room and bathroom had a build of dirt. The drainage was blocked, so a minute after you get into the shower, a puddle would form. This made it difficult to use the bathroom, we asked the maid to check the bathroom but she wasn’t helpful. Additionally, we got locked out of our room because the card key dates were entered wrong. The staff weren’t friendly or apologetic about the situation or in general. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone.

great staff really makes this hotel. Rooms are large and comfortable. Clean. The only things needs to be totally done is the internet system. It looks like very old internet system. Especially, upper rooms cut off all the time. This is very necessary for the foreign guests like me who needs the Internet all the time.
