Great location. This hotel close to everything. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were very clean. The breakfast variety and freshness was excellent.

Situación muy buena. Habitaciones modernas. Tamaño habitacion bien. Se oye algo la ducha de la habitacion contigua pero no demasiado. Cama cómoda. Desayuno bueno. Lo mejor, el personal. Muy amables. Te hacen sentir como estar en casa.

Excelente servicio

Las personas que nos atendieron fueron extremadamente amables y hasta nos ayudaron en conseguir la transportación pero principalmente nos pudo ayudar con un problema que tuvimos con la reservación de nuestro vuelo de regreso. Excelente atención y el hotel muy bonito y recomendable tener la experiencia de dormir en habitaciones dentro de cuevas .

Simply the best! Better than all the rest

Stayed for a week with mom and sister - we’d all stay again. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Hotel Ravi. Upon arrival they gave us a 5 min informational, not sales, intro to Istanbul with options for tours and airport transfers. Most of the team speak English really well. There is always someone to help or translation apps. They recommended great restaurants and were clear on which activities or restaurants required reservations or not. We needed to do laundry and they arranged that for us also. They accepted USD and GBP. All charges and exchange rates were fair. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the main sites or public transit. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They don’t have a restaurant on site but prepare a great spread breakfast (included). They have a varied warm dishes each day, plus other warm items, breads, deli meats, cheeses, spreads, fruits, cereals... Their acuka (looks like tomato paste but is super flavorful) is the best we had in Turkey!

Ayça, the general manager made our stay incredible. She is the nicest and kindest person there! She made my family of 8 have an incredible stay. She is knowledge about all things Istanbul and told us the best food resturants. The hotel facility is amazing and the location is INCREDIBLE!! Ayça went above and beyond for my family! Housekeeping is very clean and respectful. They are very good and have great little amenities! The breakfast was incredible as well! Each day was different! Front desk staff, Yakub and Malik, were so helpful in anything we needed and helped us with bags, waters, food delivery! Such kind people and so respectful! Hotel Ravi made my family and I’s trip the best family trip ever. Incredible manager, Ayça you are the best!

This is my second time staying at hotel Ravi. It is a quiet and cozy hotel with excellent service and amazing crew. It is just a quick walk up from the hippodrome next to the museum of Islamic art. Everything is within walking distance, from convenient stores and tram stops to beautiful sightseeing locations, yet it is in a nook that is away from hustle. You will love the warm staff of this hotel, especially Aiça, the hotel manager. Their free breakfast will be excellent with a great varied spread. My mom and I love Ravi!

Hotel Ravi was an amazing stay for my teenage son and I while visiting Istanbul! The hotel is new and everything is SO clean. Hallways and rooms smell fresh! Every morning there is a varied breakfast in the most unique setting with the tables around protected ruins. Employees in the dining room continuously refill trays and jugs and tables are always clean and ready for the next person to seat. The hotel staff in general is very friendly and always helpful! They recommended places to eat, carried our bags and even helped with putting us inside a taxi when a transport service I had booked never showed up to take us to the airport. Above all these great things…the hotel location is unbeatable! We walked absolutely everywhere at all times of the day. A/C worked flawlessly in the hot summer and the beds were so comfortable after long days discovering the city. All the historic/famous places are a few streets away. Tons of restaurants and shops around as well. Many people walking around the area, even at night…always felt safe. I wasn’t expecting all these when I booked it, we absolutely loved it! Highly recommend it ;)

Hôtel très propre

Hôtel très bien situé si vous souhaitez être proche de la place de l’hippodrome (1 min à pied), de la mosquée bleue (2min à pieds accès sur le côté), Agia Sophia (entre 5 et 10 min suivant votre allure) et Topkapi (entre 5 et 10 minutes à pieds mais comme les jardins sont grands ça fera plus). L’hôtel est très propre. La manager a le sens de l’accueil, est serviable, prend soin de ses clients mais le personnel, et pas tous heureusement, l’est moins. Au petit déjeuner le personnel n’a pas le sourire et c’est à vous de leur dire bonjour. La femme de ménage est la pire. Ce n’est pas un travail facile mais j’ai le souvenir de l’hôtel Livro où, même avec la barrière de la langue et une personne plus âgée nous avions pu communiquer et son sourire était extra. Là ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas. L’hôtel en lui-même est simple. Le petit-déjeuner redondant et pas assez de gâteaux (3 sortes qui revenaient tous les jours), vous pouvez néanmoins vous faire des tartines Encore une fois au même prix l’hôtel Livro donne de meilleures prestations, de bien plus belles chambres, sans vue certes mais design. Et le petit-déjeuner y est succulent. Un grand merci à la manager qui a été géniale et nous an mis dans une chambre avec vue partielle sur la mosquée bleue. Vu les commentaires et le prix je m’attendais à mieux. Par contre superbe localité.

This was our 2nd Stay at Hotel Ravi! We were happy to return to Hotel Ravi. It is a new, boutique-like hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. It’s walking distance from all the main attractions in Sultanahmet and very close to the Blue Mosque. The Hotel décor includes some beautiful Turkish stonework, and the attractive rooms are thoughtfully designed, and have great showers! For a small hotel, their breakfast choices are awesome – both Turkish and European! However, I would be remiss, if I did not comment on the hotel’s management. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We absolutely want to recommend this new place to stay!

We Highly Recommend Hotel Ravi – a New Boutique-like hotel in Sultanahmet! We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Hotel Ravi. The location, in Sultanahmet, was perfect. We were walking distance from all of the major attractions, and very close to the Blue Mosque. In fact, from our hotel window, we could see part of the Blue Mosque lit up at night. The DELICIOUS breakfast, which was included in the very reasonable price, had a WIDE variety of healthy Mediterranean and European choices. It tied for our best breakfast in Turkey! The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and include attractive Turkish stone work, and hand-held showers. Furthermore, the hotel organized our airport transfers for us with a very reputable company. We also appreciated the fact that we could store part of our luggage. On top of all of this, the staff really cares about your stay. Even before we arrived, we had been given important tips regarding our stay. Indeed, the general manager, Ayca Cesnigil, really helped us. I will always remember, after an exhausting day of sightseeing, being able to relax in the lobby, while drinking their complementary Turkish tea!
